Lisa Gade reviews the Microsoft Lumia 640 XL, a 5.7” Windows Phone with an affordable price tag. We look at the AT&T US model that’s priced at $249 full retail or 99 cents with a 2 year contract. The Lumia runs Windows Phone 8.1 update 2, Lumia Denim, and it will be upgradable to Windows 10 for phones. It has a 1280 x 720 display with outdoor visibility enhancements and it’s protected by Gorilla Glass 3. This LTE 4G smartphone has a 1.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 CPU, 1 gig of RAM and 8 gigs of internal storage plus a microSD card slot. It has a removable 3,000 mAh battery, WiFi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC.
